Mandla Mdluli-CEO & Founder
Mandla is a seasoned leader, strategist, and finance executive with 25+ years of experience in different industries: Technology, Telecommunication, FMCG, Financial Services, Public Sector, Non-Profit, and leadership Consulting. He is the author of "The Rise of Silicon Valley" and Raising Capital and Pitching to Investors in Silicon Valley, e-books available on Amazon Kindle. He is also a pioneer of Blingsmart LLC Venture Fund.
He has a Bachelor of Accounting & Management from Loyola University of New Orleans, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Disruptive Innovation from Hult International Business School San Francisco. He completed the General Management Program#7 at Harvard Business School and is pursuing his Doctorate in Organizations & Leadership at the University of San Francisco. He serves as Chairman of the Harvard University Alumni Association of SA.
Tetsuya Mano-Chairman of the Board
Tetsuya is an IT System expert and a qualified data scientist with over 24+ years of experience managing small and large-scale IT systems integrations for Japan's financial institutions. He has led cross-functional teams of over 100 people and is currently playing a leading role in Japan's startup ventures.
He has a Bachelor of Electronics from Hokkaido University in Japan, a Master of Electronics and Information Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Business Analytics from Hult International Business School in San Francisco, USA. Mr. Mano is a rated Data Scientist guru in San Francisco and Japan.
