Mandla is a seasoned leader, strategist, and finance executive with 25+ years of experience in different industries: Technology, Telecommunications, FMCG, Financial Services, Public Sector, Non-Profit, Venture Capital, and Consulting. He is the author of "The Rise of Silicon Valley" and Raising Capital and Pitching to Investors in Silicon Valley, e-books available on Amazon Kindle. He is also a pioneer of Blingsmart LLC Venture Fund.

 

He has a Bachelor of Accounting & Management from Loyola University of New Orleans, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Disruptive Innovation from Hult International Business School, San Francisco.  He completed the General Management Program#7 at Harvard Business School and is pursuing his Doctorate in Organizations & Leadership at the University of San Francisco.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Harvard University Alumni Association of SA.
